Services Description

Oregon Boxes provides the following services:

  • Sale of new and used gaylord boxes
  • Purchase of used gaylord boxes
  • Recycling services
  • Transportation and delivery

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms:

  • Payment is due upon delivery unless credit terms are established
  • Approved credit customers have net-30 payment terms
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to require prepayment for any order

Grading and Quality

Our boxes are graded according to our published grading standards (A, B, C). While we strive for accuracy:

  • Grades are determined by our trained inspectors
  • Minor variations within grades may occur
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will replace or refund boxes that do not meet grade specifications

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Boxes must be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Custom orders are non-returnable

Limitation of Liability

Oregon Boxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Used boxes are sold "as-is" based on their assigned grade. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose. Our grading system represents our assessment of condition only.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
